- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
How to Request a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.
